Signtech engineers custom-designed the kitchen ventilation systems and implemented a complete wireless SmartThings automation mesh, allowing the residents to regulate internal humidity, manage grocery logs on the refrigerator's smart panel, and synchronize lighting parameters directly with appliance status alerts.
